Definitions
The terms listed below, as used in these Conditions of Sale for the Admart Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Conditions"), shall have the following meanings:
Announcement: Refers to all elements and data (visual, textual, audio, photographs, drawings) presented by an Advertiser under their sole responsibility, intended for the purpose of buying, renting, or selling a product or service, and published on the Website and Mobile Site.
Advertiser: Any individual or legal entity, of legal age, established in France, who holds an account and has submitted an announcement on the Website. Advertisers must log into their Personal Account to post and manage their listings. The first deposit automatically creates a Personal Account for the Advertiser.
Personal Account: A free space that each Advertiser must create and access from the Website to disseminate, manage, and view their listings.
Admart: Refers to the company that publishes and operates the Website and Mobile Site {YourCompany}, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of {YourCity} under registration number {YourCompany Registration Number}, with its registered office located at {YourCompany Address}.
Customer Service: The department of Admart that provides further information to Advertisers. This service can be contacted via email through a link available on the Website and Mobile Site.
Admart Service: The services made available to Users and Advertisers on the Website and Mobile Site.
Website: The website operated by Admart, primarily accessible from the URL https://admart.site, allowing Users and Advertisers to access the Admart Service via the internet.
Mobile Site: The mobile site operated by Admart, accessible from the URL https://admart.site, allowing Users and Advertisers to access the Admart Service via their mobile devices.
User: Any visitor who accesses the Admart Service through the Website and Mobile Site, as well as the Admart Consultant Service available across various platforms.
Subject
These Terms and Conditions of Use establish the contractual conditions applicable to any subscription by an Advertiser who is connected to their Personal Account via the Website and Mobile Site.
Acceptance
Any use of the Website by an Advertiser constitutes full acceptance of the current Terms.
Responsibility
Admart shall not be held liable for any non-performance or improper performance of duties due to factors beyond its control, including actions by the Advertiser or circumstances of force majeure.
Modification of These Terms
Admart reserves the right to modify, at any time, all or part of these Terms and Conditions. Advertisers are advised to review the Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue to apply and remain in effect between Advertisers and Admart.
